Technical Consultant – Apple Hardware Support

About the role

Join Africa’s leading Apple Premium Reseller as a Technical Consultant, providing hands‑on support for iPhones, iPads, Macs and accessories. You will guide customers through troubleshooting, repairs and product education, ensuring they leave confident and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support for Apple hardware and accessories.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
• Deliver courteous, patient service while guiding customers.
• Educate customers on Apple services, updates and device‑care best practices.
• Manage repair requests, service bookings and query resolution.
• Maintain current knowledge of Apple products, operating systems and support procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service providers to process support cases.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Completed Namibian Senior Secondary Certificate Ordinary (NSSCO).
• IT‑related certification or diploma is a strong advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in technical support or customer service.
• Strong interest in Apple products, software and ecosystem.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Calm under pressure with empathetic customer handling.
• Attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
