About the role

MeshGrid is seeking qualified and service‑oriented professionals for a range of positions across its communication technology platform. Roles include Technical Administrator, Support Manager, Support Consultant, Safety Reviewer, Business Verification Officer, Accountant and Communications & Public Relations Officer. Candidates will work from Windhoek, Rundu, Grootfontein or remotely, supporting the reliable operation and growth of MeshGrid services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system performance, diagnose technical issues and support application releases.
• Supervise support teams, manage customer cases and ensure service standards.
• Assist users with account settings, device connectivity and subscription enquiries.
• Review safety reports, conduct investigations and document findings.
• Verify business applications, process documentation and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in IT, management, security, finance or communications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and organizational abilities.
• Professional English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with high professionalism.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
• Smartphone usage and basic troubleshooting of mobile applications.
