SEO Manager – Build Content Engine & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to build a content engine from the ground up for a B2B lead generation agency. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating high‑volume, AI‑assisted content, acquiring quality backlinks, and driving organic‑sourced booked meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch a blog, publishing 1‑2 posts per day.
• Write and maintain instruction sets for the Claude LLM covering brand voice, linking rules, technical settings, and target keywords.
• Integrate Ahrefs, the CMS, and DataForSEO with Claude to automate keyword research, content briefs, and technical audits.
• Target both informational and transactional keywords, explaining choices based on search volume and difficulty.
• Manage a backlink program, including exchanges, outsourced PR, and paid placements, while rejecting low‑value links.
• Own technical SEO aspects such as site structure, internal linking, indexation, speed, and schema.
• Report weekly on organic‑sourced booked meetings.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with direct impact on pipeline or revenue.
• Proven track record of growing a site from near‑zero organic traffic to a significant source of bookings.
• Experience in B2B services and with Ahrefs for verifying referring domains.
• Ability to design and run backlink acquisition programs and to use LLMs for high‑volume content creation.
