About the role
The Senior Project Manager will lead major and strategic projects, applying best‑practice project management tools and techniques. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable business solutions within defined scope, cost and quality parameters.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑analysis of project scope, deliverables and timelines to assess feasibility and strategic impact.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports that highlight progress, risks and impacts for timely decision‑making.
- Drive change‑plan development, communication, training, stakeholder engagement and monitoring of change impacts.
- Engage regularly with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to advise on scope, approach and progress.
- Identify, coordinate and monitor the utilisation of project resources, including internal staff, external consultants and vendors.
