Senior Business System Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex system solutions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that new functionalities align with strategic objectives and enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and walkthroughs to capture detailed business and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and conduct impact analyses.
• Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into comprehensive solution designs, covering security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Define end‑to‑end solution architecture, including application components, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Coordinate system integration and development sub‑projects, providing direction to developers, analysts, and testers.
• Create and review functional designs, prototypes, test scenarios, and documentation.
• Support application support teams with escalated queries and configuration tasks.
• Continuously propose system enhancements based on deep understanding of business processes.
