Senior Brand Manager – Ciders

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager – Ciders will lead the strategic direction, growth and profitability of the cider portfolio for Namibia Breweries Limited. You will drive brand value through consumer‑led strategies, innovation and integrated commercial planning across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑driven brand strategies aligned with business objectives and map consumer experiences across channels.
• Lead TTL communication, creative development and execution, including digital, social, CRM, sponsorships, events and influencer marketing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Accounts and Trade Marketing on integrated commercial planning and route‑to‑consumer initiatives.
• Manage brand P&L, A&P budget, ROI measurement and margin‑enhancing actions.
• Identify innovation opportunities, work with product, packaging and operations teams, and oversee brand visibility, POS materials and trade activations.
• Lead and develop a Junior Brand Manager and manage agency partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Brand Management, preferably in alcohol/FMCG.
• Proven track record of delivering growth on major brands and managing integrated TTL/BTL campaigns.
• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
