Sales Team Manager – NAR

About the role

The Sales Team Manager – NAR will lead, coach and manage the distribution and sales team to maximise sales opportunities, profitability and strategic objectives. This role focuses on delivering world‑class service, enhancing client experience and driving transformation within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to ensure world‑class service delivery.
• Monitor, track and resolve sales and service complaints to improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure the team meets service standards and transformational targets through recruitment, retention and training.
• Participate in culture‑building initiatives and implement action plans from culture surveys.
• Promote a client‑service culture and support corporate responsibility initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by supporting business optimisation and encouraging innovative ideas.
• Execute the sales strategy, identify opportunities and deliver financial targets through acquisition, retention, quality and cross‑selling.
• Manage staff performance, provide coaching, feedback and recognition, and take corrective action when needed.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees and ensure compliance with onboarding check‑lists.
