About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent our brand at The Fix store in Oshakati, Namibia. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide amazing customer experiences.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions.
• Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Demonstrates adherence to standards, ensuring quality and compliance.
