Product, Pricing & MIS Manager

About the role

The Product, Pricing & MIS Manager will support Nedbank’s business units by analysing, interpreting and presenting financial and non‑financial information. The role ensures accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting to drive strategy and informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the balance sheet, ensuring assets and liabilities are correctly accounted for.
• Oversee income statements, reviewing general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare and present management packs reporting financial results and position.
• Support business‑as‑usual and strategic initiatives through accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and align financial information with business strategy.
• Maintain financial independence, objectivity and adherence to audit requirements via strong internal controls.
• Provide scenario planning, business case preparation and feasibility studies for management decisions.
• Address ad‑hoc queries, support stakeholders and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in corporate responsibility and culture‑building activities.

Required profile

• Professional qualification – preferably a CA(CIMA) or related accounting degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or related analytical roles.
• Knowledge of statistical or modelling techniques is an advantage.
• Commitment to personal development and ability to share industry trends.
• Ability to obtain stakeholder buy‑in for new or enhanced processes.
