People & Organisation Consulting Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a People & Organisation Consulting Manager to lead HR consulting engagements focused on rewards, benefits and organisational development. You will work closely with clients to analyse their current strategies, design competitive compensation structures and create attractive benefits packages while guiding a team of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Analyse client reward and benefits strategies and develop equitable compensation frameworks.
• Design and implement cost‑effective benefits packages aligned with client objectives.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance of team members to maintain high quality standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to uphold project timelines, quality and deliverables.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship (mandatory).
• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Organisational Development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, rewards, organisational development, job evaluation, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience delivering HR solutions and managing client engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in organisation development, job evaluation, grading, job analysis and job description development.
• Experience in payroll management and remuneration administration.
