People & Culture Director – Namibia

About the role
The People & Culture Director will join the Country Management Team to lead the people agenda for CCBA Namibia. This strategic, hands‑on role partners closely with the General Manager and other directors to build a high‑performing, engaged and future‑ready organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with the General Manager and CMT to embed HR initiatives that drive performance.
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management and organisational design.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Required profile
- Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a large, multi‑national organisation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate people priorities into results.
- Executive presence with excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to implement initiatives.
