Key responsibilities

• Deliver fashion advice and sell jewellery and accessories while ensuring a memorable customer experience.
• Perform professional piercing services following health and safety standards.
• Replenish sold stock promptly across the shop floor to maintain product availability.
• Operate and balance the cash register, handling transactions accurately.
• Open and close the store, including cleaning, merchandising, and preparing displays.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and customers to foster a welcoming environment.
