OTR Tyre Serviceman – Full-time in Rosh Pinah

About the role

The Tyre Serviceman works under supervision to deliver high‑quality customer service in tyre fitting and maintenance. The role requires initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow Bridgestone’s safety and quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Fit and remove wheels and tyres on all vehicle types following company procedures.
• Perform equipment checks, calibrations and routine maintenance on tyre handling tools.
• Record tyre changes, maintain pressure specifications and complete required documentation.
• Operate forklifts and tyre handlers safely in accordance with site procedures.

Required profile

• Valid Namibia Code B or BE light‑vehicle driver’s licence.
• Grade 12 National Certificate.
• At least two years of OTR tyre‑fitting experience.

Required skills

• OTR tyre fitting and removal.
• Forklift operation.
• Tyre handling and equipment calibration.
• Rim cleaning, painting and crack testing.
