About the role

The Investment Acceleration Programme is a full‑time, two‑year development journey designed to launch careers in global investing. Based in Namibia, participants gain exposure to Ninety One’s diverse investment strategies and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple investment teams to understand different asset classes.
• Assist in credit modelling and analysis for portfolio decisions.
• Support senior analysts in preparing investment research and presentations.
• Participate in internal training sessions and external CFA study groups.

Required profile

• Strong academic record with a degree in finance, economics, engineering, law, or related fields.
• Zero to four years of professional experience, including recent graduates.
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine passion for global markets.
• Values aligned with ownership, integrity, and growth.
