Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive performance and organisational success. This role combines strategic HR expertise with hands‑on partnership to create an inclusive, high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to implement people strategies that enable business performance and organisational success.
• Provide guidance and coaching on talent, performance, organisational effectiveness, and employee‑relations matters.
• Support talent management, succession planning, recruitment, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Facilitate organisational development and change initiatives that enhance employee engagement and business effectiveness.
• Drive performance‑management processes and build leadership capability through coaching and development interventions.
• Create an inclusive, high‑performing, and engaging work environment.
• Leverage people insights and analytics to support decision‑making and drive organisational outcomes.
• Manage employee‑relations matters while promoting a positive employee experience and minimising business risk.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, governance, and service delivery.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, including business partnering.
• Strong understanding of talent management, organisational development, performance management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver people‑focused business solutions.
• Valid driver’s licence.
