HR Practitioner – Part‑Time (3 Days/Week)

About the role

The HR Practitioner will provide comprehensive HR support to the business unit/factory, ensuring effective delivery of HR services, compliance and employee development on a three‑day‑a‑week schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Advise line managers on employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, from posting vacancies to interviewing, making offers and overseeing onboarding and probation reviews.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, succession planning and employment equity targets.
• Maintain HR data integrity in systems such as SAP, produce regular HR reports and dashboards.
• Manage health and safety incident reporting and assist the Risk Officer with injury cases.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Valid EB driver’s licence.
• 3‑5 years experience as an HR generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour legislation and change‑management processes.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (e.g., SAP).
• Report writing and data analysis.
