About the role

Standard Bank invites applications for its 2027 Development Programme, a graduate trainee track designed to fast‑track high‑potential talent into future banking leaders. Participants will rotate through key bank functions, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to innovative financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured assignments across multiple banking divisions.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification (NQF level 7 or higher) in a listed field.
• Minimum average pass rate of 75%.
• Namibian citizenship; 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Registration with a professional body is an advantage.
