Forensics Manager

About the role

PWC is seeking a Forensics Manager to lead its forensic services team in Namibia. You will be responsible for identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex systems to uncover fraud linkages and interactions.
• Take ownership of projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor and develop team members, leveraging their unique strengths.
• Conduct fraud investigations, provide litigation support and advise on fraud prevention.
• Address conflicts, engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate when necessary.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including PwC guidance, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Namibian citizen (persons with disabilities and previously disadvantaged groups encouraged to apply).
• Relevant degree (B. Forensic Accounting, B.Com, B.Acc, LLB or equivalent).
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
• 5‑7 years experience in forensic accounting, fraud investigations or related consulting.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Willingness to travel within Namibia and other African countries.
