Financial Advisor – Sales & Client Services

About the role

The Financial Advisor will promote and sell accredited Momentum Metropolitan Namibia policies and products to existing and prospective policy holders. The role involves delivering high‑quality support and service to both new and existing clients, contributing to client retention and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Market a range of MMI Holdings policy products and respond to client enquiries by providing accurate product information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure on‑time delivery of sales targets and meet established deadlines.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions.
• Perform clerical and general office administrative duties in line with sales standards.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks related to the position as they arise.
• Adhere to the minimum production standards set out in the company memorandum of agreement.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with at least 25 IGCSE points.
• Valid NAMFISA registration/licence number (advantage).
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing (advantage).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Clean credit record.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Prior experience in client service or sales, preferably within financial and insurance services.
