Finance RMM Intern

About the role

Join Old Mutual as a Finance RMM Intern and support a range of professional services across client issue diagnosis, customer service, and data analysis. You will rotate through several functional areas, gaining hands‑on experience while developing the skills needed for a future finance role within the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose client issues by collating interview data and conducting initial analysis.
• Provide quality customer service, process cases, and resolve complex queries.
• Participate in a community of practice to build expertise in a defined consulting area.
• Deliver advanced product and service information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Extract, organise, and input relevant data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Collect and create knowledge assets such as best‑practice guides and case studies.
• Develop and maintain process or technical skills through formal and informal training.
• Analyse routine functional inquiries and propose effective solutions.
• Apply organisational policies, regulatory codes, and compliance standards to daily work.
• Support improvement initiatives and simple change‑management tasks.
