Customer Support Consultant – German & English (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide high‑quality assistance to customers in German and English across email, chat, and phone channels, helping them resolve technical and service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat and phone.
• Follow internal procedures, SOPs and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care.
• Maintain deep knowledge of client solutions and meet performance KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written.
• 6‑12 months of experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
