Custody Officer

About the role

The Custody Officer will execute custody trades in line with established procedures, ensuring risk is minimised and no loss occurs to the business or its clients. The role also supports the administration of deceased estates and trusts, including drafting wills and providing sound advice to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all custody trades according to internal procedures and risk controls.
• Administer deceased estates processes and trusts, ensuring compliance.
• Draft Last Wills and Testaments and advise clients on estate matters.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base with profitable prospects.
• Deliver accurate work, collaborate with team members, and meet market‑share and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar custody, estate or trust administration role.
• Relevant degree in Law is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Team‑player attitude with a focus on ethical conduct.
