Credit Controller – Finance Team

About the role

Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is seeking a Credit Controller to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Country Lead – Financial Control, the role is central to managing the company’s accounts receivable and credit processes across the African market. CCBA is the largest Coca‑Cola bottler in Africa, serving more than 300 million consumers and employing over 17 000 people. Its vision is to “Refresh Africa every day and make the continent a better place for all.”

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable activities and monitor outstanding balances.
• Oversee credit approval, limits and risk assessment for customers.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with customers regarding payment terms and issues.
• Collaborate with internal finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Provide regular reporting to the Country Lead – Financial Control.

• Reports directly to the Country Lead – Financial Control.
• Member of the Finance team at CCBA.
