Branch Manager – Automotive Retail

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our automotive retail operations, focusing on the European vehicle sector in Windhoek.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily branch operations to ensure alignment with company standards and strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share within the European car parts segment.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team through effective people management.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers and stakeholders to drive growth.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets and optimise profitability.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–5 years of branch management experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and Grade 12 education certificate.
• In‑depth knowledge of European car brands and their parts requirements.
• Proven expertise in sales negotiation and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of automotive parts inventory and supply‑chain dynamics.
