About the role
Lead the AI Operations function, overseeing MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, monitoring, and cost optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain MLOps and LLMOps pipelines, monitoring dashboards, runbooks and service-level objectives.
- Conduct incident post‑mortems, generate cost and FinOps reports, and ensure uptime, mean time to restore, drift and safety compliance.
- Develop deployment and release automation, automated rollback, incident triage and FinOps optimisation agents to minimise manual intervention.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading AI operations, MLOps or LLMOps initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with focus on reliability, cost efficiency and safety compliance.
