About the role
Arid Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to lead AI demand, governance and reporting initiatives. The role will focus on managing AI solution design, deployment and compliance within a telecom and technology‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the Responsible AI (RAI) policy and control library.
- Develop and manage the model‑risk register.
- Conduct bias and safety assessments and produce assurance reports.
- Provide compliance evidence for POPIA, NDPC and GDPR.
- Monitor RAI maturity and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in project or programme governance and reporting, preferably in AI, telecom or technology‑driven settings.
- Hands‑on management of end‑to‑end AI projects with regular compliance checks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

- Power BI for dashboarding and reporting.
- Data Analytics and AI/ML concepts.
