Affluent New Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join the Affluent New Business team of SanlamAllianz Namibia. The role involves handling client and stakeholder enquiries, verifying policy information, and coordinating work across underwriting, risk claims and system support to ensure a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to enquiries from clients, advisors, brokers and other stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
• Capture, verify and maintain accurate policy and new‑business data across multiple systems.
• Allocate new‑business, underwriting and risk‑claim cases to the appropriate specialists while meeting service‑level agreements.
• Conduct compliance checks, including client screening, fraud detection and escalation of discrepancies.
• Investigate system issues, propose process improvements and support testing of new or enhanced systems.

Required profile

• School leaving certificate or equivalent; a diploma in Business Administration is an advantage.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment.
• Strong accountability, effective communication and ability to manage complexity.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to transformation and diversity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
