Variable Delivery Driver – Windhoek

About the role

The company is seeking four variable delivery drivers to operate from its depot in Brakwater, Windhoek. Drivers will be responsible for safe handling, loading and unloading of consignments while ensuring timely and damage‑free delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure safe handling, loading and off‑loading of consignments, reporting any damages before departure.
• Deliver consignments to designated areas, obtain proof of delivery and required documentation.
• Follow company procedures for refuelling, fuel cards, petty cash and other policies.
• Comply with health, safety, road‑safety and security regulations on both company and customer premises.
• Conduct daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report defects immediately.
• Maintain a clean and neat truck and cab at all times.
• Handle fragile, refrigerated or high‑value items correctly during loading and transport.

Required profile

• Valid Grade 10/12 certificate.
• Minimum two years of applied driving experience.
• Valid Code C or CE driver’s licence with a current PDP.
• Police clearance certificate issued within the last three months.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver freight on time without damage.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude, presentable appearance and good communication.
• Namibian citizenship and sober habits.
