Part-Time Sales Assistant – Grove Mall, Windhoek

About the role

Le Creuset is looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to join the team at the Grove Mall in Windhoek. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales and supporting the smooth operation of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, helping them select products and converting interactions into sales.
• Handle queries and complaints, providing resolutions that leave customers satisfied.
• Promote Le Creuset products using company sales techniques and advise on product care and use.
• Process sales transactions efficiently, following till procedures and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Support merchandising and store layout to maximise visual appeal and sales.
• Participate in stocktaking and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Assist with receiving and sorting deliveries, completing required documentation.
• Maintain health, safety and security standards as per company policy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail or service environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Interest in cooking and food‑related products.
