Marketing Manager – Lead Strategy & Campaigns

About the role

The Marketing Manager will shape NAMMED Medical Aid Fund's brand, market positioning and member engagement, turning organisational objectives into impactful marketing strategies and campaigns. This senior‑level role offers the chance to influence how the Fund connects with its market and members while strengthening overall brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with organisational growth objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful communication.
• Leverage market insights, campaign analytics and performance data to enhance lead generation and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Build effective stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies, suppliers and service providers.
• Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring expenditure aligns with approved priorities.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification at NQF Level 7 in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong strategic marketing, brand management and campaign management capability.
• Excellent writing, communication and digital marketing skills.
• Ability to travel outside Windhoek and be available on weekends when required.
