Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The analysis will help strengthen Africa‑EU cooperation in the space sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support data analysis for the AESPP Boost project.
• Conduct economic analysis to inform policy dialogue and innovation.
• Perform monitoring and evaluation and impact assessment.
• Synthesize evidence from surveys and studies.
• Monitor indicators and develop performance dashboards.
• Prepare results reporting for the programme.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
