Customer Service Agent

About the role

Join AB InBev’s logistics team to ensure customer service excellence across the supply chain. You will implement and uphold DPO standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Logistics Weekly Steercom Meetings in line with DPO and VPO guidelines.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly meetings and ensure routines are adhered to according to mandatory DPO guidelines.
• Evaluate Daily Logistics Meetings against the Terms of Reference defined in the DPO framework.
• Standardise processes through SOPs and monitor work standards using Operational Work Diagnoses.
• Track KPIs daily, weekly and monthly in line with DPO requirements.
• Apply problem‑solving tools for out‑of‑range KPIs following DPO methodology.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
• Analyse operational trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Knowledge of customer service principles and a drive for service excellence.
• Reliability, accountability and strong interpersonal relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self‑management, planning and strong achievement orientation.
• Adaptability to change and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analytical thinking and emotional maturity.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP or SYSPRO systems.
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence.
