Business Analyst – Talent Pool (Agile)

About the role

Viseeen Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Talent Pool, supporting pharma and life‑science clients worldwide. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear technical requirements within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and solve complex business challenges.
• Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements, converting them into technical specifications.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product and Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping and delivery.
• Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Deliver presentations of proposed solutions to stakeholders and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Drive quality initiatives and share best practices across development teams.

Required profile

• Upper‑Intermediate English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile setting.
• Strong ability to analyse and document complex business processes.
• Experience working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Office 365 suite.
• Visualization tools like Figma or Axure RP.
• Business process modeling techniques and tools.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end software development lifecycle.
