12‑Month Internship Programme

About the role

This 12‑month internship places you within a division of Apex Fund Services Namibia, giving you hands‑on experience in a global fund administration environment. You will work on real projects, develop professional skills, and receive a monthly stipend throughout the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the assigned department, adhering to compliance and risk‑management standards.
• Contribute to a culture of quality and excellence by following operational controls and procedures.
• Assist team members with data analysis, reporting, and documentation tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements.

Required profile

• Completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT, Investment, HR, Legal or Marketing.
• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to follow rules, procedures and compliance guidelines.
