Specialist I, Customer Support Operations (B2B)

About the role

This Specialist I role supports the delivery of credit bureau products and services to B2B customers. Working in a hybrid model, you will act as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal operations, ensuring high service standards and smooth day‑to‑day administration.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on credit reports, account management and product information, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Process customer applications, account updates and service requests while verifying documentation and compliance.
• Generate operational reports, maintain accurate records and support data‑quality checks.
• Assist sales teams with client onboarding, training coordination, Salesforce pipeline updates and lead management.
• Manage general office administration, supplies, invoice processing and vendor coordination via Coupa.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive data, comply with credit bureau regulations and support internal audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar customer support or operations role.
• Diploma in Office Administration, Business Management or related field.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
