Reservations Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Reservations Consultant to join our team in Windhoek. In this position you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book rooms, managing reservations across multiple online platforms and ensuring a smooth, organized booking process in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone and online channels.
• Create, modify and confirm bookings using systems such as Hotelier, Booking.com, Nightsbridge or similar.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is up‑to‑date.
• Provide professional phone etiquette and high‑quality customer service throughout the booking journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the front‑office and sales teams, while also being able to work independently.

Required profile

• Completed Grade 12 education.
• Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Hotelier, Booking.com, Nightsbridge or comparable reservation platforms.
