Production Manager – Windhoek

About the role

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) Namibia is part of the CCBA group, the eighth‑largest Coca‑Cola authorised bottler worldwide and the largest on the African continent. The group serves more than 800 000 customers across 14 countries and accounts for over 40% of Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink volume sold in Africa. CCBA Namibia is seeking a Production Manager for its Windhoek plant. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role is responsible for leading the production team to meet manufacturing, quality and maintenance objectives in the most cost‑effective and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, lead and support the production team to ensure smooth daily operations and continuous improvement.
• Achieve manufacturing targets while maintaining high standards of efficiency.
• Achieve quality targets, ensuring products meet the company’s stringent quality requirements.
• Achieve maintenance targets, overseeing equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost‑effective and efficient manner, optimizing resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Plant Manager.
