Pilot – C208 Flight Crew

About the role

We are seeking skilled and experienced pilots to join our flight crew operating C208 aircraft. The role involves safely operating the aircraft, ensuring passenger and crew comfort, and complying with all aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the C208 aircraft in compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct pre‑flight inspections and review flight plans and weather conditions.
• Communicate with air traffic control and navigate during flights.
• Perform take‑offs and landings while managing aircraft systems and controls.
• Respond to emergency situations and take necessary actions to ensure safety.
• Collaborate with co‑pilots, cabin crew, and ground personnel for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate flight records and comply with reporting requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Required profile

• Valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL).
• Valid C208 type rating.
• Minimum 800 total flight hours, including at least 500 PIC hours.
• At least 25 PIC hours on the C208 type.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (6‑12 weeks) in Africa.
• Preference will be given to Namibian citizens.
