German-speaking Customer Service Agent – Windhoek

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our aviation customer service team in Windhoek. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, handling enquiries, bookings and after‑sales support while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with flight enquiries and reservations.
• Manage bookings, amendments, re‑bookings and cancellations.
• Provide professional after‑sales support and resolve issues.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Grade 12/Matric qualification.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Namibian citizen, permanent resident or domicile resident.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary: N$26,500 CTC per month.
• Relocation allowance of N$5,000.
• Shift allowance of N$15 per hour for night shifts (20:00‑07:00).
• 21 working days of annual leave, 30 days sick leave over a 36‑month cycle, and 4 months paid maternity leave.
