Embedded Linux Engineer (Cloud, DevOps, Platform)

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Linux Engineer to join the R&D team developing a Linux‑based industrial IoT platform. The role focuses on building and maintaining a ready‑to‑use Linux operating system that runs on client and third‑party hardware, supporting remote updates and fleet management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend OpenEmbedded/Yocto layers for various SoC platforms (e.g., NXP, TI).
• Collaborate with the BSP team to ensure full‑stack compatibility.
• Develop and improve automated build pipelines and test suites for the OS.
• Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD processes.
• Continuously enhance the reliability, security, and performance of the embedded Linux distribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience with OpenEmbedded/Yocto and embedded Linux development.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and ability to work with Docker containers.
• Hands‑on experience in building and testing embedded software.
• Proactive communication and teamwork skills.
