Communications and Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand reputation, boost customer engagement and generate leads for business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the organisation’s digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, monitoring performance and conversion rates.
• Develop and manage content strategies across websites, social platforms and other digital assets, maintaining a content calendar and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead corporate communications, both internal and external, including crisis communication and reputation management.
• Design and operate social media programmes, monitor sentiment and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee website and digital platform management, analytics and reporting to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Degree (NQF level 8) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Minimum six years of experience in communications, marketing or digital marketing, with at least two years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous.
