Client Service Consultant

About the role

The Client Service Consultant will deliver a positive customer experience by understanding client needs, providing accurate product information and guiding customers to the appropriate service channels. This role supports both existing and prospective customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Handle basic and complex customer issues, including returns, exchanges and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Develop relationships with allocated potential customers through phone or face‑to‑face outreach.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each interaction to support retention and business development.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Deliver renewal support to encourage continued use of products and services.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory codes and procedural standards.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship.
• Grade 12 qualification with a minimum of 25 points.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset and strong client‑care abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Team‑building skills and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of local vernacular is an advantage.
