Client Service Consultant – Branch

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a Client Service Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience at branch locations. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support customers throughout their journey while adhering to quality and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Respond to basic and advanced issues, including returns, exchanges, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Make prospecting calls to develop relationships with potential customers.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each customer interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage renewals and continued use of products.
• Follow organisational policies, regulatory codes, and procedural standards.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with Grade 12 (minimum 25 points).
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Computer literate – proficient with MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed business targets under pressure.
• Positive attitude and passion for relationship building.
