About the role

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and delivering customer service across an allocated portfolio of clients. You will build strong relationships, ensure regular contact, and work to exceed revenue targets through cross‑selling and upselling of products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute a sales plan aligned with corporate objectives and budgets.
  • Manage day‑to‑day sales activities to meet revenue targets and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan that addresses current and future market dynamics, including operational milestones.
  • Provide thought leadership and foster a culture of innovation within the sales environment.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with strategic customers and partners to achieve market dominance.
  • Drive improvements in customer experience and ensure a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Maintain data quality and integrity in Salesforce and manage related processes.

Required profile

  • 3‑year degree, diploma or National Diploma in Commerce, Sales or Marketing (NQF 6) or Grade 12 qualification (NQF 4).
  • At least 5 years of experience in an account management or similar sales role.
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a motor vehicle.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
