About the role

The Visual Merchandise Specialist will ensure world‑class visual standards across the Jet store at Oshana Mall, staying current with fashion trends and delivering an excellent brand experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement in‑store visual merchandising execution and adhere to housing and trend guidelines.
• Plan, prioritize and manage visual activities, assets and expenses.
• Maintain control systems to uphold VM standards and deliver a great customer brand experience.

Required profile

• Matric Certificate.
• Relevant visual merchandise experience (essential) and retail experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with high attention to detail.
