Temporary Call Centre Agent

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Temporary Call Centre Agent to join our customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering a positive experience while handling inquiries, orders and issues in line with our quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the appropriate approach.
• Respond to basic and advanced issues such as returns, exchanges and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to develop relationships and generate sales opportunities.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Support renewals by delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use.
• Adhere to organisational policies, regulatory codes and mandatory procedures.

Required profile

• Namibian citizen.
• Minimum Grade 12 qualification with at least 25 points.
• At least 2 years experience in a call centre or customer care environment.
• Computer literate with strong telephone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans; fluency in local languages is a plus.
