We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee vehicle planning, dispatch and team management at our operation in Walvis Bay, Namibia.

Key responsibilities

• Briefing and debriefing staff
• Vehicle utilization management
• Routing and scheduling of vehicles
• Providing customer updates
• Fleet control
• Handling administrative tasks
• Supervising, controlling and organizing employees on shift
• Timekeeping of all employees on shift
• Wash bay productivity monitoring
• Capturing operational data
• Reporting to all stakeholders
• Compiling reports
• Shift planning
