About the role
BCX Namibia is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth across its technology solutions and managed services portfolio. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting opportunities while building strong executive relationships with key clients and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Generate revenue across solution offerings such as technology implementation, modernisation, architecture, and managed services.
- Lead end‑to‑end proposal development with pre‑sales and delivery teams, ensuring commercial viability.
- Maintain executive‑level relationships through structured engagement plans and regular strategic interactions.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, client feedback, and activity in the CRM, delivering accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Contribute to divisional revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability targets through proactive pipeline generation and targeted account development.
- Analyse market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and monitor competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
- Support go‑to‑market initiatives by contributing to case studies, client references, and event participation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (NQF 7) or a relevant postgraduate degree (NQF 8).
- 8‑10 years of experience in technology solutions sales, managed services, proposal coordination, and pipeline management.
- Proven track record in new business development and account growth within IT services environments.
- 2‑3 years of leadership or managerial experience in technology solutions and managed services sales.
