Senior Manager IT Audit

About the role

The Senior Manager IT Audit will lead and oversee a portfolio of audits, ensuring independent and objective assurance that supports client‑centric risk management. This role combines strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership to drive high‑quality audit outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk‑based assurance plan and integrate it into the overall audit portfolio.
• Define, review, and approve audit project scopes in line with methodology and engage IA specialists.
• Manage audit execution, data entry, and resource allocation within the audit system.
• Identify practices that negatively affect client experience and recommend improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive risk assessments across all risk types for the business area.
• Influence risk culture through audit projects and stakeholder interaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Information Systems, IT or a related field.
• Professional auditing qualification such as CISA or CIA (essential).
• 5‑7 years of experience planning and executing audits, managing senior‑level stakeholders, and leading teams.
• Project management experience and knowledge of banking systems, applications, and modern internal auditing practices are advantageous.
