Sales Representative (Counter) – Windhoek

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join our BUCO team in Windhoek. The role focuses on fast and efficient processing of customer orders while upholding the company’s standards of appearance and behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct external sales activities and promote our retail offerings.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues.
• Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Follow up on orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Source new business and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Manage budgets, sales targets and reporting against goals.
• Maintain accurate records and produce regular sales reports.
• Uphold and promote company values and culture in all interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
